InDo Nashville, short for "Inspiration Domain," is an 11,000-square-foot, three-story creative workspace serving entrepreneurs, small businesses, and entertainment industry professionals in downtown Nashville. Kate Richardson holds a B.A. in Music Business from New York University and an M.B.A. from Belmont University, where she received the Massey Award for graduating first in her class. John Richardson is a 6-time National Sports Emmy Award winner with a distinguished career in television production.

Kate Richardson is the visionary behind InDo Nashville and the founding partner of Richlynn Group, a premier management, P.R., and marketing firm. A Boston native with a lifelong passion for the intersection of music and commerce, Kate has spent over two decades shaping the brands and careers of some of the most respected names in the entertainment industry.
Kate’s academic background set the stage for her leadership in the Nashville business community. She earned her B.A. in Music Business from New York University before completing her M.B.A. at Belmont University, where she received the prestigious Massey Award for graduating first in her class.
As a powerhouse in the Nashville marketing scene, Kate’s firm, Richlynn Group, represents iconic brands and artists, including C.F. Martin & Co. (Martin Guitar), LR Baggs, Ear Trumpet Labs, and legendary musicians like Sam Bush, Bri Bagwell, and Reckless Kelly. Her deep industry experience includes pivotal roles and collaborations with BMI, WME, Capitol Records, Gibson Guitar, CMT, and Rounder Records. John Richardson | Co-Founder, General Manager & Lead Designer
John Richardson is the creative and operational force behind InDo Nashville’s unique physical environment. Originally from New Jersey and a graduate of Widener University with a degree in Humanities, John moved to Nashville in 1994, launching a distinguished career in high-stakes television production.
A 6-time National Sports Emmy Award winner, John has worked at the pinnacle of the television industry. He has earned his Emmys for technical achievement on some of the world’s most-watched broadcasts, including NASCAR, the Daytona 500, the Super Bowl, and the NFL Draft.
As the General Manager of InDo Nashville, John leverages his technical expertise to build our unique environment. He personally designed and handcrafted InDo’s custom UnCubicles, utilizing up-cycled and salvaged materials to create a workspace that balances privacy with creative inspiration. His vision for the interior design—merging modern functionality with industrial Nashville soul—is what defines the "Inspiration Domain."
When he isn’t managing the daily operations of the three-story Pietown facility or capturing incredible footage in the NFL, John is an avid cyclist, runner, and scuba diver. He lives in Nashville with his wife and co-founder, Kate, and their twin sons, Ethan and Nigel.
