ABOUT INDO NASHVILLE

InDo Nashville: Your Inspiration Domain in the Heart of Pietown

Founded in 2015 by Kate and John Richardson, InDo Nashville (short for Inspiration Domain) was born out of a desire to replace sterile, corporate cubicles with a vibrant, locally-owned creative hub. Located in the historic Pietown neighborhood within the SoBro district of Downtown Nashville, our 11,000-square-foot, three-story facility is a sanctuary for entrepreneurs and small business owners who value character over "corporate."

A Space Built for Creatives, by Creatives

At InDo, we believe your environment should be as unique as your business. Our space features colorful, modern design and is filled with local art and custom furniture built from up-cycled, salvaged materials—like our signature Uncubicles, handcrafted from reclaimed doors and windows. Whether you need a flexible coworking membership, a dedicated desk, or a private office suite, we offer a professional yet unpretentious atmosphere where your business can grow from a single desk to a full suite.

An Ecosystem of Nashville Innovators

Our membership reflects the soul of Music City. InDo is more than just a desk; it is an ecosystem of industry leaders. We are proud to house marketing experts, non-profits, wellness practitioners, and premier production firms. Our resident experts, such as Lagos Creative, provide world-class podcasting and video production services right here on-site, making our building a one-stop shop for content creators and entertainment-related companies.

Unmatched Amenities in Downtown Nashville

We solve the biggest headache in Nashville: Free Parking. Our members and their guests enjoy the convenience of being steps away from Music Row, the Music City Center, WeHo, Downtown, and Berry Hill, without the stress of Nashville’s high parking costs. See our full list of member benefits here.

Our versatile Event Space, featuring a built-in stage, PA system, and stunning views of the Nashville skyline, is a premier venue for:

  • Live podcast tapings and record release parties

  • Corporate training and seminars

  • Intimate weddings, quinceañeras, and fundraisers

  • Yoga and dance classes

  • Concerts and songwriting rounds

Pet-friendly, female-owned, and 100% independent. InDo Nashville is where inspiration meets community in the heart of Music City.

InDo Nashville Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Policy

At InDo Nashville, we believe that creativity thrives in spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to be their full selves.

As the founders of InDo, we set out to create more than just a beautiful place to work—we wanted to build a community that reflects the vibrant diversity of Nashville and the many industries that call this city home. From day one, it’s been essential to us that people from all walks of life and all nationalities feel welcome here.

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

  • We embrace and celebrate people of all races, ethnicities, nationalities, genders, sexual orientations, ages, religions, and abilities.

  • We are committed to equitable access to opportunities, resources, and representation within our coworking, event, and creative spaces.

  • We actively seek to amplify underrepresented voices through our programming, partnerships, and community events.

  • We welcome honest dialogue and feedback and are always open to learning how we can do better—for our members and for our city.

  • We believe a diverse community is a strong community, and we’re proud to build that future together—one day, one idea, and one collaboration at a time.

As other companies step back from their DEI efforts, we’re proud to step up and reaffirm what’s always been true at InDo: Everyone belongs here.
