The suites range from 135 sq ft – 430 sq ft and include utilities, WiFi, coffee service, reception, and mailbox. The 11,500 sq ft building is designed specifically for the entertainment and tech industries, and also has a 1,500 sq ft event space, songwriting rooms, and conference rooms which can be rented as needed.

There are three glass roll-up doors which boast a beautiful view of the downtown skyline and can be opened when weather permits. The room is equipped with a custom wet bar, comfortable couches, and can be configured in a number of ways to suit your needs.
